Application Fee

In order to begin the application process, we ask that you pay the $25 application fee.

Once the fee is received, along with the requested information about your child (listed below),  you will receive an email with the details on the assessment process.

Financial assistance is available - please contact the PATH office if this fee will cause financial hardship to your family.

PATH Course Offerings

Please indicate which course assessment your child will be completing.

  • This is our entry level Math course. Appropriate for students in grades 6 or 7 who have completed at least 6th grade math.

  • This course is appropriate for students in grades 7 or 8.

  • This course is appropriate for students in grades 7 or 8.

After successful completion of one of these prerequisite entry level courses, students may continue into our High School level courses.

Please provide the name and email address for a contact from your child's school who can complete our recommendation form.  This should be someone who has been involved in your child's educational journey and can provide information about your child's learning style.

If your child is homeschooled, the teaching parent/guardian may complete the recommendation form.
