Registration Instructions
Please complete only 1 registration form for each camper; you may select more than one camp for each camper registered. If changes need to be made to an existing registration, DO NOT fill out a new registration form. Please contact the ExploreHope office at 616-395-7628 or [email protected] to update your registration.
To register, please fill out the form below and click "SAVE CAMPER." You will then have the option to register another camper or "CONTINUE TO BILLING." Payment must be completed using a credit card.
Fields marked with an * in the form are required.
Campers may not be registered for camp outside of their grade level (the grade level they will be entering in Fall 2025.) Each camp is planned for the specific grade level listed in the camp description.
Registration for the 2025 ExploreHope Summer Camp season will close at
5pm on Friday, May 30, 2025.
Campers on the waitlist will still be processed after that date.

Please note that the ExploreHope refund policy for the 2025 summer camp season has been updated as follows:
*All registration cancellations are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
*Refund schedule:
100% refund minus cancellation fee 4 weeks (28 days) prior to the first day of camp.
50% refund minus cancellation fee 27-7 days prior to the first day of camp.
25% refund minus cancellation fee if cancellation request is received less than 7 days prior to camp, and received by 4pm the Friday prior to the first day of camp.
0% refund after 4pm the Friday prior to the first day of camp.
*Refunds are not available for missed days of camp, or for days of camp cancelled as a result of unforeseen circumstances.
*Exceptions to the refund policy may be granted in special circumstances at the discretion of ExploreHope Summer Camp staff.
